A 40-year-old Israeli woman died of heart failure during the birth of her 13th child, Israeli media reported Thursday.
The ultra-orthodox Jewish woman gave birth to a [more] healthy girl at Jerusalem's Bikur Kholim Hospital, before suffering heart failure during an operation to remove the placenta.
The hospital reported that the woman was healthy before the incident and a medical team has been set up to investigate the case.
