As the winter holidays approach, and Christmas draws ever nearer, all the "kids" in the world wait for Santa. Well, there are a few more weeks until that magic moment, but looks like one of Santa's little helpers, namely Lil' Santa Microsoft, has decided to start giving gifts a lot earlier this year.[more]
And the latest in that series of gifts is the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the highly anticipated new release of Microsoft's customer relationship management solution for small businesses, midsize companies and large enterprises.
According to the company's statement, "Microsoft CRM provides a complete suite of powerful marketing, sales and service capabilities, all with a familiar and consistent user experience based on Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office Outlook. Extensive new configuration, customization and integration capabilities make it easy for customers and partners to deploy highly tailored solutions that drive measurable business results and offer a low total cost of ownership."
The product is offered in a Professional Edition and a Small Business Edition, and is immediately available in English worldwide, with the versions for other 21 languages expected in the following months.
So, managers around the world, if you want to offer a gift both to your employees (helping them to ease their job-related duties) and to yourself (increased profitability and efficiency for your company), do give a call to Lil' Santa from Redmond.
