Ricoh Americas Corporation, a leading provider of digital office equipment, today announced the release of its Web-Based Driver Installer (WBDI) [more] product, one of the industry’s first Web-based driver solutions. By allowing users to search online for network print devices by location and automating the driver installation process, WBDI puts more control in users’ hands and helps reduce the time Information Technology (IT) and Help Desk personnel spend on driver installations.
